A decision of the hearing examiner shall be appealable to superior court pursuant to the Land Use Petition Act (Chapter 36.70C RCW). As specified by RCW 36.70C.040, an appeal must be filed within 21 days from the date on which a decision is issued. The date of issue is three days after mailing.
