A. The Lynnwood police department is authorized to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter concerning noise disturbances and motor vehicle noise.

B. The Lynnwood development and business services department is authorized to administer and enforce those provisions of this chapter concerning all other noises created by residential, commercial and industrial sources.
