Infractions detected through the use of automated traffic safety cameras shall be processed in the same manner as parking infractions, with a monetary penalty no greater than the amount of a fine issued for other parking infractions within the city. (Ord. 2789 § 1, 2009; Ord. 2642 § 1, 2006)
