It is unlawful to park a motor vehicle on a roadway in front of or on a roadway within 10 feet of either side of a public or private mailbox or grouping of mailboxes located curbside or roadside within or outside of a public right-of-way between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on days the United States Postal Service is scheduled to deliver mail.
