A violation of this chapter is a traffic infraction and shall be processed and administered according to the procedures set forth in Chapter 46.63 RCW. The penalty for any infraction established under this chapter shall be $20.00. The court may confiscate the offender’s skateboard. (Ord. 1769 § 4, 1990)
