Appeals of the concurrency issuance or denial letter shall be included in any appeal of a decision on the underlying development permit application. If there is no appeal of any decision on any underlying development permit, the appeal of the concurrency issuance or denial letter shall follow the process for an appeal under Process II, as set forth in LMC 1.35.200 through 1.35.260.
