An owner may request that a side sewer that is no longer needed to serve a building be capped. The owner shall apply for a sewer capping permit. The sewer capping permit application shall be submitted to the department of public works for processing as required by LMC 2.44.040. Sewer capping fees shall be as shown in Chapter 3.104 LMC.
