As amended by the provisions of this chapter and the State of Washington Building Code Council under Chapters 51-56 and 51-57 WAC, the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) less Chapters 12 and 15 published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, one copy of which, along with the State of Washington Building Code Council’s amendments, shall be on file with the Lynnwood city clerk, are adopted by this reference; provided, that in the event of a conflict between the International Fire Code and the Uniform Plumbing Code, the International Fire Code shall govern.
