As amended by this chapter and the State of Washington Building Code Council, the latest edition of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), as published by the International Code Council, one copy of which, along with the State of Washington Building Code Council’s amendments, shall be on file with the Lynnwood city clerk, are adopted by this reference.
