The tax imposed by this chapter shall be administered and collected in accordance with RCW 82.14.540 and other applicable law. The mayor of the city of Lynnwood is authorized to and directed to execute contract(s) with the Washington State Department of Revenue necessary to provide for the administration, collection, and remittance of the sales and use tax revenue.
