The catchlines appearing in connection with the titles, chapters and sections of the Lynnwood Municipal Code are inserted as a matter of convenience, and they shall be wholly disregarded by any person, officer, court or other tribunal in construing the terms and provisions of the Lynnwood Municipal Code.
