Each title, chapter, section and subdivision of a section of the Lynnwood Municipal Code adopted by this chapter is declared to be independent of every other title, chapter, section or subdivision of a section, and the invalidity of any title, chapter, section or subdivision of a section of the Lynnwood Municipal Code adopted by this chapter shall not invalidate any other title, chapter, section or subdivision of a section thereof.
