1.35.710 Content of request for appeal.
This section is included in your selections.
A request for appeal shall include, at a minimum, the following information:
A. The name of the appellant;
B. The project name;
C. The action being appealed;
D. A brief statement of the basis of the appeal. (Ord. 2071 § 6, 1996)
