10.02.120 Domestic violence statutes – Adopted by reference.

A. Statutes adopted by reference:

Portions of an act relating to domestic violence are adopted by reference as and for an ordinance of the city as if set forth in full in this chapter.
B. The amendment, addition, or repeal of the Washington Legislature of any section or any of the adopted statutes set forth in subsection (A) of this section shall be deemed to amend this section and the statutes contained in this section which are adopted by reference in conformity with the amendment, addition or repeal, and it shall not be necessary for the legislative authority or this city to take any action with respect to such addition, amendment or repeal as provided by RCW 35A.12.140.
