Unless otherwise provided by this chapter, any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $300.00, or be imprisoned in the city jail for not more than 90 days, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
