Except as otherwise provided, any person, association, business or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or any lawful rule or regulation adopted by the city finance officer pursuant thereto, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a criminal misdemeanor and punished according to LMC 10.02.080.
