There is authorized to be paid to any person who furnishes to the city information leading to the judicial identification or conviction of any person who has willfully or maliciously damaged, injured, destroyed or removed without proper authority municipal property in violation of ordinances of the city of Lynnwood, a reward in the amount of $100.00.
