A. It is unlawful for the driver of a vehicle intending to turn onto another street at an intersection, or at any point, to make or attempt to make a right-hand or left-hand turn by crossing over private property, except where necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the direction of a police officer or traffic-control device.

B. Failure to perform any act required, or the performance of any act prohibited, by this section is a traffic infraction. The penalty imposed for such traffic infraction shall be $30.00. (Ord. 1161 § 1, 1980; Ord. 1047 §§ 1, 2, 1979)
