A. No person shall park any vehicle in any garage, parking area or other property owned and/or operated by the city of Lynnwood, where signs prohibit such parking without lawful authority or permission.

B. Authority to Erect Signs. The city traffic engineer is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking in any garage, parking area, or other property owned and/or operated by the city of Lynnwood when, in his discretion, circumstances require the control of stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles in any garage, parking area or any other property owned and/or operated by the city of Lynnwood.

C. Obedience to Signs. When official signs prohibiting parking in any garage, parking area, or other property owned and/or operated by the city of Lynnwood are erected as authorized in this section, no person shall park a vehicle in violation of said sign. (Ord. 1073 § 1, 1979)
