A. All private properties on at least one side of a public street city block (existing intersection to existing intersection or numeric street grid as approved by the traffic engineer) share a common boundary with the city right-of-way where parking of motor vehicles is currently allowed;

B. At least one parking generator is located nearby, and the city can verify the parking impact from the parking generator on the proposed city block;

C. Parking management program(s) at parking generator(s) have been attempted and failed or are not available due to jurisdictional boundaries; and

D. Cul-de-sacs and similar residential street terminations that have all street parking prohibited for fire access requirements may not qualify, as determined by the traffic engineer. (Ord. 3319 § 1, 2018)
