11.48.050 Revocation or suspension of permit parking program.

A. The traffic engineer may revoke or suspend a permit parking program when the program causes a danger to pedestrian or vehicular travel; or
B. Upon another vote, as described in LMC 11.48.020, of the residents of the city block where the program has been put in place, where the majority of the residents prefer to discontinue the program. (Ord. 3319 § 1, 2018)
