Posting and mailing of the notices provided for in this chapter shall be the responsibility of the city clerk. As required by RCW 35.79.030, a certified copy of the ordinance vacating a street, alley, or portion thereof, shall be recorded by the city clerk and in the office of the Snohomish County auditor.
