This chapter establishes regulations for allowing temporary construction offices during construction and before occupancy at the site of city street projects. These regulations are intended to allow such offices to be located and operated on-site or off-site in a manner that is in the interest of the public health and safety and in a manner that does not have a significant adverse impact on adjoining properties or streets.
