Purity tests shall be administered by agents of the city of Lynnwood to determine the purity of water in accordance with the Pure Water Drinking Act. Applications for purity tests shall be submitted to the department of public works for processing as required by LMC 2.44.040. The cost of purity tests shall be as shown in Chapter 3.104 LMC.
