There is hereby created in the treasury of the city of Lynnwood a special fund to be known as the “water fund.” Any and all revenues received from charges for services rendered by the utility shall be credited to this fund, and all warrants for salaries, material, supplies and equipment and repair of the water system shall be paid out of the fund.
