Upon approval of the director, two or more adjoining property owners may agree to service their respective lands through one side sewer. In such event there shall be a permit fee as shown in Chapter 3.104 LMC. A joint easement of the property owners sharing a common line side sewer shall be filed with the Snohomish County auditor’s office, and proof of the recorded easement shall be presented to the city prior to issuance of a permit for connection to the POTW.
