Dischargers who operate automatic and coin-operated laundries, car washes, filling stations, commercial garages or similar businesses having any type of washing facilities or grease racks and any other dischargers producing grit, sand, oils, or other materials which have the potential of causing partial or complete obstruction of the POTW sewer collection and conveyance system shall install approved interceptors or tanks in accordance with the latest specifications adopted by the city of Lynnwood so that excessive amounts of oil, sand and inert solids are effectively prevented from entering the system.
