A. Administrative Responsibility. The director, or his designee, shall have the authority and responsibility to administer and enforce all provisions of this chapter.

B. Enforcement. It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder, prevent, delay or interfere with the city while engaged in the lawful execution or enforcement of this chapter. This shall not be construed as an attempt to prohibit the pursuit of any legal or equitable remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction for the protection of personal or property rights by any property owner within the city of Lynnwood.
