“Boundary line adjustment” means a division made for the purpose of adjusting boundary lines between platted or unplatted lots or both which does not create any additional lots, tracts, parcels, or sites. A boundary line adjustment may not modify existing nonconforming lots to make the lots more nonconforming. (Ord. 3415 § 5, 2022; Ord. 2463 § 4, 2003)
