“Fee simple unit lot subdivision” or “unit lot subdivision” means a division or redivision of land in which one or more boundaries of the individual lots coincide with the interior walls of a structure which separate individual attached single-family dwelling units. Sites developed or proposed to be developed with townhouses may be subdivided into individual unit lots to allow the separate ownership of each residential unit, as permitted in the applicable zones.
