Fee simple unit lot subdivisions are subject to the provisions of Chapter 19.50 LMC (short subdivisions), or Chapters 19.20 (preliminary plat procedures) and 19.25 LMC (final plat procedures), based upon the number of lots created through the fee simple unit lot subdivision process.
