19.40.030 Procedure for preliminary fee simple unit lot subdivision.

The following steps shall be followed in the processing of preliminary fee simple unit lot subdivision applications:
A. LMC 1.35.015, determination of complete application;
B. LMC 1.35.020, notice of application;
C. Chapter 17.02 LMC, SEPA;
D. LMC 1.35.070, determination of consistency with the development regulations and comprehensive plan;
E. LMC 1.35.140, notice of public hearing (if more than nine lots);
G. LMC 1.35.200 et seq., administrative appeal (if nine lots or less); or
H. LMC 1.35.175, judicial appeal (if more than nine lots). (Ord. 3176 § 6, 2016)
