Applications for lot combinations shall be submitted on forms provided by the city of Lynnwood development and business services department. The completed application shall be submitted to the development and business services department, and shall include the information specified in LMC 19.55.040 and any other information as may be required by the Snohomish County auditor as a condition of recording.
