The arts commission is an advisory commission of the city of Lynnwood whose duties shall be to provide advice and recommendations to the mayor and city council in regard to the display of art in public places within the city of Lynnwood, means of furthering appreciation of art within the city, and to perform such other duties as the mayor may direct.
