2.50.020 Bus pass subsidy for affected employees.
The city shall provide to all employees working 20 hours or more a week a 50 percent subsidy of the price paid by said employee for a bus pass purchased by such employee under the following conditions. Such bus pass may be used toward payment of transit vanpool use by an employee participating in this program.
A. All participants must register for the CTR program;
B. All participants must ride the bus or be in a transit vanpool for commuting to work at least 60 percent of such participant’s work shift each month.
C. All participants shall be required to record use of that participant’s bus pass for travel to work on such form as prepared by the city transportation manager or designee.
D. Bus pass subsidies are contingent upon the availability of budgeted funds. (Ord. 2922 § 1, 2011; Ord. 2484 § 1, 2004; Ord. 2006 § 2, 1994)
