Regular full-time and regular part-time employees may use the city’s recreation center facilities at no charge under the following conditions:

A. An employee’s use of the recreation center will not be considered time worked unless specifically provided for in a policy or collective bargaining agreement; and

B. Employees will pay the full fee for participation in certain programs such as those provided by contractual instructors or other programs as determined by the director of parks, recreation and cultural arts. (Ord. 2985 § 1, 2013)
