“Antiques” means any article which, because of age, rarity or historical significance, has a monetary value greater than the original value, or which has age recognized by the United States Government as entitling the article to an import duty less than that prescribed for contemporary merchandise. A store or shop selling only such articles or offering them for sale shall be considered as an antique shop or store, and not considered as a dealership handling used or secondhand merchandise.
