A. Dwelling, Group. Group dwelling” means more than two separate buildings, each containing one or more dwelling units.

B. Dwelling, Single-Family. Single-family dwelling” means a detached building or zero lot line attached building with one common wall on an individual lot containing one dwelling unit and designed for occupancy by one household per lot.

C. Dwelling, Two-Family (Duplex). Two-family dwelling or duplex” means a building designed exclusively for occupancy by two households living independently of each other, and containing two dwelling units.

D. Dwelling, Multiple-Family. Multiple-family dwelling” means a building designed exclusively for occupancy by three or more households living independently of each other, and containing three or more dwelling units.

E. Accessory Dwelling Unit. Accessory dwelling unit” is defined in LMC 21.02.011 as a second dwelling unit on a premises occupied by a single-family detached dwelling. This unit provides a separate and completely independent dwelling unit with facilities for cooking, eating, sanitation and sleeping.
