“Planning commission” means that body as defined in Chapter 35A.63 RCW designated by the city council to perform the planning function for the city of Lynnwood. (Ord. 3415 § 14, 2022; Ord. 2020 § 2, 1994; Ord. 1607 § 19, 1987)
