“Recreational area or community club house, noncommercial” means an area devoted to facilities and equipment for recreational purposes, swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, community club houses and other similar uses maintained and operated by a nonprofit club or organization whose membership is limited to the residents within the area.
