21.14.210 Exceptions.
A. Minor Arterials. The following minor arterials shall comply with the Principal Arterial standards:
1. 76th Avenue W, between Olympic View Drive and 208th Street SW;
2. 168th Street SW, between Olympic View Drive and 44th Avenue W;
3. 196th Street SW (Filbert Road), east of I-5;
4. 212th Street SW, between 44th Avenue W and 76th Avenue W;
5. 36th Avenue W, between 196th Street SW and 164th Street SW;
6. 44th Avenue W, between 196th Street SW and 164th Street SW.
B. Collectors. The following collectors shall comply within the principal arterial standards:
1. 188th Street SW, between 36th Avenue W and 33rd Avenue W;
2. Alderwood Mall Boulevard, between 36th Avenue W and 184th Street SW.
C. LI and RS Zones. Setback from centerline along side streets of corner lots in the LI and RS zones shall be as follows:
1. In the LI zone, 30 feet plus half the adjacent right-of-way if fully dedicated; or 30 feet from the centerline as projected by the public works department;
2. In RS zones, 15 feet plus half the right-of-way width as projected by the public works department. (Ord. 2020 § 8, 1994; Ord. 1343 § 4, 1983; Ord. 989 § 1, 1978)
