Construction signs may be displayed only during construction on the site where the sign is located. Only one such sign is permitted per street frontage. No construction sign shall be more than 32 square feet per face or 10 feet in height. Construction signs shall conform to the setback requirements for monument signs. Construction signs may be placed only after a grading or building permit has been issued for construction of the development the sign makes reference to. Construction signs shall be removed prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for all approved construction on a business site or residential development site or on expiration of the building or grading permit, whichever occurs first.
