A. In RML Zones. Any use permitted in a single-family zone shall conform to the conditions set forth in the zone in which they are first permitted, except that dwellings, yards, open spaces, and lot coverage established for the applicable zone shall apply.

B. In RMM and RMH Zones. Any use permitted in a single-family zone shall conform to the conditions set forth in the zone in which they are first permitted, except that for residential development, dwellings, yards, open spaces, and lot coverage established for the applicable zone shall apply.
