21.48.210 Additional development standards.
A. Parking.
1. Required Number of Stalls. See Chapter 21.18 LMC, with the exception of residential parking below.
2. Residential parking shall have a minimum of one and a maximum of one and one-half spaces per dwelling unit or as determined by the development and business services director based upon data submitted by the applicant.
B. Fences and Hedges. Fence and hedge regulations are as provided in Chapter 21.10 LMC. (Ord. 3399 § 2 (Exh.
