The purpose of this chapter is to establish minimum standards and requirements for the construction and operation of manufactured home developments and mobile home parks. It is the intent of this chapter to recognize the changing trends of manufactured or mobile home development and to provide regulations which allow a degree of flexibility in construction and design. Specific regulations are also necessary to address the unique design characteristics of such developments and to prevent adverse impacts of such developments on surrounding properties.
