Building and foundation plans and permits are required for installation of any manufactured home, mobile home, additions to a manufactured or mobile home, or for construction of an accessory structure. Installation shall be done in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and specification and the requirements of WAC 296-150-200 through 296-150-255. All accessory structures shall meet the requirements of the Uniform Building Code as adopted by the city of Lynnwood. Installation shall be inspected and approved by the building official.
