Development and maintenance of mobile home parks in this zone shall be subject to all provisions of Chapter 21.70 LMC, except where the development and business services director determines (under LMC 21.04.300) that a particular provision is clearly not applicable in a particular situation.

Development and maintenance of any structure not associated with or part of a mobile home park shall be subject to the development standards and other regulations in the community business (B-1) zone (ref.
