Revenues received from the tax imposed by this chapter shall be collected and held in a new special revenue fund added to the city of Lynnwood budget, entitled “SHB 1406 Affordable Housing,” and shall be administered by the finance director through the city’s budget. (Ord. 3357 § 5, 2020)
