Pursuant to the authorization contained in RCW 43.80.110 and 43.80.120, the Washington State Fiscal Agency is designated as fiscal agent for the city of Lynnwood for payment of bonds and coupons thereof, all in accordance with the requirements of RCW 43.80.100 et seq. (Ord. 810 § 1, 1975)
