The money in said fund may be allowed to accumulate from year-to-year until the city council determines to expend the money in said fund and then only for those uses provided by RCW 84.52.069, as amended, namely, only for the provision of emergency medical care or emergency medical services, including related personnel costs, training for such personnel, and related equipment, supplies, vehicles and structures needed for the provision of emergency medical care or emergency medical care or emergency medical services.
